    Aluminum flat bars are used in furniture manufacturing, window framing, architectural decoration, construction, and multiple industrial fields. The commonly applied alloys, including 6060, 6061, 6063, and 6082, offer reliable formability, weldability, and corrosion resistance, and can be supplied in custom-cut lengths to meet specific project requirements.

    Following anodizing treatment, the surface of the flat bar attains a smooth and uniform finish. When specific color or appearance effects are required, painting and powder coating options can be applied, with coating thickness reaching up to 120 μm. Zhongpeng offers several surface finishing methods designed to ensure both functional performance and visual consistency.
