Production Process
Customers provide drawings, which are reviewed with the design team to confirm dimensional and performance feasibility using professional CAD and simulation software.
A technical assessment is conducted using professional computer-aided software.
Once production feasibility is confirmed, the process begins with die design and manufacturing.
The extrusion stage is carried out according to customer drawings, with specific extrusion presses selected to match dimensional and performance requirements.
The fabrication plant performs machining, welding, and related operations based on the customer’s detailed processing drawings.
Surface finishing is conducted as specified, including anodizing, powder coating, or polishing, to achieve the desired appearance and corrosion resistance.
Upon completion, all products undergo dimensional and performance inspections to ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
